Jobs By The Hour

I charge $55 hour with a 2 hour minimum charge. If you would like me to provide the materials for your job, it will be provided at cost, but you will be charged for the time spent purchasing and picking up materials.

Jobs By Estimate

If you have a larger job and prefer a quote, rather than an hourly rate, please contact me by phone or email. Quotes include the cost of labour, materials, subcontractors, dump fees, specialized tool rental, and the standard 30% mark up on materials. If a customer changes their mind or updates their plans part way through a job, changes/additions above and beyond the original quote will be charged at the usual hourly rate.

Paperwork

Invoices are sent by email. 

Cancellations

Please note that we require 24 hours notice to cancel a confirmed appointment. Less than 24 hours notification of cancellation will be subject to a $55 cancellation fee.
